Refund Policy – Guru Home Tutors (For Teachers Registration)

  1. Non-Responsive Parent / No Demo Conducted
    If a tuition is assigned and the parent does not respond to calls or messages, or the demo class cannot be scheduled due to the parent’s unavailability, such leads will not be counted against the teacher’s package. This ensures fairness for teachers.

  2. No Tuition Finalized
    If a teacher is unable to finalize any tuition after receiving leads, they may be eligible for a refund after an internal evaluation of performance and efforts.

  3. Demo Conducted but Not Finalized
    If the demo class is completed but the tuition is not finalized due to the parent decision, the teacher will be given another opportunity under the same package.

  4. Package-Based System
    All leads and opportunities are provided strictly based on the package selected by the teacher at the time of registration.

  5. Lead Adjustment
    In case a lead is cancelled due to unavoidable or external reasons, a replacement lead may be provided to maintain service balance.

  6. Teacher Responsibilities
    Teachers are required to maintain professionalism, timely communication, and punctuality in attending demo classes.

  7. Non-Refundable Cases
    If a teacher fails to perform duties responsibly, the registration fee will not be eligible for refund.

  8. Service Cost Clause
    The registration fee is considered a service charge and is used to manage operational and lead generation expenses.

  9. Performance Evaluation
    Teachers with consistently poor performance may be deprioritized for future leads.

  10. Final Authority
    Guru Home Tutors reserves the final right to make decisions regarding refunds and disputes.

  11. Lead Validity
    Each lead must be acted upon within the specified timeframe, failing which it will be marked as used.

  12. Single Use Policy
    Each lead is intended for single-use and cannot be reused or shared.

  13. No Guarantee of Conversion
    Guru Home Tutors does not guarantee conversion of any lead into a finalized tuition.

  14. Shared Leads Policy
    Leads may be shared with multiple teachers to ensure quick service delivery to parents.

  15. Misconduct Policy
    Any misconduct reported by parents may result in termination without refund.

  16. False Information Clause
    Providing false details may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

  17. Refund Processing Timeline
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  18. Partial Refund Clause
    Partial refunds may be granted depending on the extent of services already used.

  19. Communication Record Requirement
    Teachers should maintain communication proof for dispute resolution purposes.

  20. Policy Modification Rights
    Guru Home Tutors reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time without prior notice.
